Our clubhouse includes a full service bar, pool table, 3 big screen televisions, a variety of electronic games, clean restrooms, and an onsite ATM. We sell live bait including minnows, a wide variety of packaged food, and a large choice of cold beverages. You can visit our beer garden to enjoy a night of live music on select weekends.
At our Marina take advantage of our large boat launching ramp, tons of parking for trucks and trailers including parking right next to the marina. We sell gas during our open hours and provide a courtesy dock for up to 4 boats.

Lake of Egypt is a man made lake owned by SIPC in the Little Egypt region of Illinois. Located 6 miles south of Marion, Illinois the lake covers 2,300 acres with over 90 miles of shoreline. The average depth of the lake is 18 feet and some areas reach a depth of up to 52 feet. Lake of Egypt was created in 1962 by damming the southern fork of the Saline River. This scenic watery wonderland is ideal for all sorts of sport and recreation including fishing, water skiing, jet skiing, and many types of boating.
Southern Illinois is drastically different in the topography to northern and central Illinois which were flattened by glacier movement. This part of the state was left relatively intact resulting in beautiful foothills, steep forested hillsides and rolling landscapes
We are located not far from one of the nation’s largest wildlife refuges. Crab Orchard National Wildlife Refuge is managed by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service totaling 43,660 acres. Visitors are required to have a duck stamp from the visitor’s center. Passes are inexpensive and allow you to access all open areas of the refuge year round. Crab Orchard helps restore native fish, wetlands and other aquatic habitats while managing the wildlife population and striving to educate visitors about the resources and ecosystems.
Lake of Egypt is also not far from the Shawnee National Forest. This national treasure provides 270,000 acres of spectacular scenery, a dozen state parks, seemingly limitless lakes, streams, rivers, and ponds. The park is home to thousands of species of plants and wildlife. A wonderland full of discovery awaits you right in our backyard.
