Atascosa RV Park is located just 10 minutes from downtown Pleasanton, Texas and 25 minutes south of downtown San Antonio, the famous River Walk and the Alamo.
We enjoy visiting Texas State Parks and have experienced RV living. We designed our RV Park with YOU, our guest in mind. We know you will enjoy this home away from home so we would love to have you as our guest. We live next door to the park and will ensure you have a great stay.

•Every RV site was designed with SHADE in mind(something you don't find at other RV parks). You will definitely enjoy the evening shade and breeze after a long hard day at work when all you want to do is sit outside your door and relax.

Take exit #109 - Hwy 97 towards Floresville
Take a right at blinking lights
Travel about 3 miles towards Floresville
Take a left at FM 1784 (also has signs that say FM 536 and Verdi Rd.)
RV Park is on the right side - about 5 miles
IH-37 South - To Corpus Christi/Rio Grande Valley
Take exit #117 - FM 536
Take a right at blinking lights
Take a quick left on to FM 1784 (just past the Eagle Ford Industrial Park Entrance)
RV Park on the left side - about 3 miles
HWY 97 - Between Pleasanton and Floresville
Turn on FM 1784(also has signs that say FM 536 and Verdi Rd.)

Local Attractions:
Downtown San Antonio, the famous River Walk, and the Alamo are just a short 30 minute drive from our park. Brooks City Base is a new development that once was home to a major Military Base Facility. It hosts plenty of shopping, eating, medical, theater, and other local attractions.
Brooks City Base Retail Shopping: Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes, Office Depot, Target; HEB Grocery; Super Wal-mart, Sheppler's, AT&T; Sprint; and many more.
Brooks City Base Eating Places:Texas Roadhouse, Chili's, Carinos Italian; Cracker Barrell Country; Zio's Italian, Buffalo Wild Wings; Chick-fil-A, Panda Express, Longhorn Burgers, and Starbucks just to name a few

Fishing: If you like to fish, Braunig Lake is just 15 minutes away. It is a 1,350 acre lake/park noted for its fishing and boating opportunities. Fish species found in the lake include: blue catfish, channel catfish, hybrid striped bass, largemouth bass and redfish just to name a few. Boat ramps, boat rentals, lighted fishing piers and fish cleaning station are available.
Golfing: If you enjoy golfing, there are 3 great golf courses within 30m inutes of our park; Pleasanton Country Club, Mission Del Lago and Republic Golf Course.
