Welcoming guests since 1979... Winter Harbor boasts accessibility to the mainland section of Acadia National Park’s Schoodic Point. The Schoodic section of the park provides hiking trails and opportunities within a five-minute drive to enjoy the surf and Maine’s rocky shores. Winter Harbor gives visitors a sense of a traditional Maine fishing village with the services of a bank, 5&10, gift shops, art galleries, antiques and grocery store. Dining options range from casual to upscale with unique seafood menus. Guests enjoy cooking in their own fully equipped kitchens or savoring a meal prepared by an award-winning chef. The nightlife begins (and ends) with an exquisite Downeast sunset, while Schoodic Arts offers a range of cultural entertainment. Bike and kayak rentals are available locally. We are uniquely located with the National Park in our front yard and Petit Manan’s Federal Wildlife Refuge and the State of Maine’s Donnell Pond Public Reserve only 15 minutes away. These three parks offer varied public access to Maine’s landscapes and hiking. Freshwater swimming and golf are minutes away. Day trips are easily planned for Mount Desert Island, Fort Knox and Campobello; Roosevelt’s summer home.

Full Season - $4,500 $200 deposit required upon reservation.
