A half mile north on Frontage Road and on the South Umpqua River, this beautifully maintained park has overnight RV spaces, showers, pavilion by reservation, fishing, and child play areas. Managed by Douglas COunty Park, the park is open all year.

In 1992, the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians opened the Cow Creek Bingo Hall which is now Seven Feathers Casino Resort.
